He had a tragic accident in which he lost half his family and it filled him with regret and guilt. Even though I've listened to a lot of these, this one was specifically important, I felt, because he goes into the belief in guilt and punishment and dispels the whole ideas.

So what he experienced in his NDE, I think, is important for all of us. The reason I believe that is because we all have regrets in our lives.

We all have things we feel guilty about. We worry about what will happen after we die, if we'll be punished, or what our life review will show us.

This particular NDE dispels all our worries and fears. In fact, it hit Ahonu close to home because he had his own regrets about the loss of his little infant son many years ago, and he's been carrying some of the burden of regret with him all this time.

This is just a beautiful NDE. It gives us permission to be happy, to live, to enjoy life, to not worry about God's judgment, and tells us how much we're loved. So, please enjoy this.
